Wow this little place really churns out the food! So fresh and delicious and so many choices! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The robot bringing your dish to the table is a great touch! We tried several dishes and everything was great. The broccoli chicken was extra good with only nice white chicken and tons of broccoli. Definitely worth making a trip to Tustin to try something new! The owner Toby made sure we were happy and we left with many leftovers!

This place is a great addition to the area. Food is not bad, but the portions can be a bit bigger for the price, although with inflation the shrinkflation these days I'm not sure what to expect. Their food comes via a tray robot, all their plates and cutlery are disposable and you just toss everything into the trash when you are done. The dishes I liked the most from the handful of visits is the braised ham hock which you have to eat with rice, it's so rich and flavorful and the sauce goes well with plain white rice. Other dish is the crispy beef, it's a must even if it's just a snack food, they are like saucy crispy beef jerky strips

I came here in person with my co-workers. Customer service was top notch. Staff is always super friendly and helpful and very understanding and communicative when you're not pleased with your experiences. My co-workers came here a couple time and really enjoyed the food they ordered. Orange Chicken - tasted clean with white meats and not heavy with batters like some other places. Stir Fried String Beans were soft and freshly crispy. Crispy Beef was a hit. Order at the counter and pay. Self-served drinks and they have to-go bags by utensils area so you don't have to ask. The whole place was really clean and staff were very attentive with any questions/issues.

By far, my most favorite Chinese food restaurant. Great food with a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

Everything is always fresh and tasty! The menu has a large selection of items to satisfy everyone's palette. Ordering is easy via the website, cashier or kiosk. Your food is even delivered to your table by a kool friendly robot! The bento box is great for a complete meal for one!

It was a Saturday night and not too busy. The ordering was easy on their touchscreen menus and you can choose to take out or dine in. This was the first time we went and we ordered the following: Egg Drop Soup Chili chicken wontons Chili pork wontons Mabo tofu Mongolian Beef And everything was sooo good! Andy was a great employee who was SO HELPFUL and showed how proud he was to work there! We can't wait to be back

Came to this restaurant tonight with my wife, daughter and son in law, and have to say this food was absolutely amazing. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection and delicious as advertised. The Crispy Beef was especially a favorite amongst the table, as we ordered two servings. Left the restaurant not feeling bloated and overstuffed. Cannot wait to come back again and try more selections. Met the Owner of the location and let him know how great this place is. A must try for anyone looking for great food !!!

Everspring is such a peculiar restaurant when it comes to the spectrum of Chinese food. It is absolutely higher quality and tier than your typical American Chinese fast food. It's not quite the authentic nostalgic immigrant restaurant your aunties go to given the location, menu selection, and prices. But the flavors are a far-cry from the taboo "fusion" restaurants that suggest appropriation. And to be honest, despite the chairs, QR menus at tables, and gimmicky robot it still doesn't feel like a sit-down restaurant given all the disposable plates and utensils. What Everspring DOES do is something different that's kind of pays respect to all the above. Highly recommend the shaken beef, either sit-down or taken out as it held it's texture after being reheated. I will likely order it again.

Currently the 2 entrees and 2 appetizer, with four drinks or soup, for $49.95 is the way to go. Saw postings for this place when it first opened but did not have the opportunity to visit until recently. If you're ordering take out, there are kiosks to the side that you can use, or you can order at the counter. If you're dining in, QR codes are on each table for you to use and order. With the ongoing deal, we ordered the chicken and broccoli, sesame chicken, pork potstickers and pork soup dumplings. The order also came with 4 soups (we opted for soup instead of drinks) and 4 bowls of white rice. We separately order a chow mein for variety. Once you are seated, you grab your own plates and utinsils by the drink station. Napkins, takeout boxes, bags, are also available but theyr'e all self service. Food - I would say, but for the promo at $49.95, it is a bit pricey for what you get. The taste are good, somewhat standard and what you would expect. Definitely a place to try if you are just hungry and don't want to get stuck on a waitlist or some line. Fun thing is that the food are brought out by those "robots" with wheels that come to your table. In terms of service, the food came out relatively quick but like I said, everything else is self-serve. Interior is clean but you clean up after yourself, as well.
